We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many prospects, playing a crucial role in introducing potential customers to Creatify's innovative AI-driven video solutions. You’ll help define our outreach processes, discover best practices, and set the foundation for scalable growth. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to gather insights, refine messaging, and contribute to the evolution of our go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely and informative communication.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through personalized emails, cold calls, social media outreach, webinars, and events.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to support our sales team’s efforts.
- Customer Insights: Gather and document insights from prospect interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Process Optimization: Participate in developing scalable processes for outreach, follow-up, and lead management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, customer support, or business development).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of interactions effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of identifying patterns and proposing solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and video content creation.
- Location: Preferred to work out of our Mountain View, CA office however hybrid and fully remote will be considered for highly qualified candidates.
